I should never have bought

Last year i bought a mongoose bmx from my friend for £25. I had to sell the television from my bedroom to be able to get it. The reason i wanted it was so that i could cycle to work rather than having to walk. About a week after i bought it my so called friend told me that the frame of the bike was found in queens home park and that the brakes didn't work, which i found out whilst cycling across mangotsfield common. Now before i go out on it i have to make that my shoes have alot of rubber on the bottom, so that i can stop. Since i have had it i have fallen off of it about 27 times and has nearly killed most of my friends. I have also had about 40 punctures since i have had it .It was not the best looking bike when i bought it compared to pretty much any other bike, probably because most of the parts came from different parks around Bristol. It was silver but now it is a horrible brown colour and has scratches all over it. A couple of weeks ago i tried to fix the brakes but wasn't sucsessful and now they don't work at all. I was thinking of tring to sell the bike but didn't think that anyone would want a bike that is so rubbish, so i have decided to keep it until it breaks or kills me. Thats why i should never have bought my bmx.
